We are looking for passionate and experienced engineering professionals to join our Engineering team in a luxury hotel environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day engineering operations of the hotel.
- Ensure smooth operation and preventive maintenance of all MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, STP, WTP, DG sets, boilers, elevators, kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Drive energy conservation, sustainability initiatives, and utility optimization.
- Ensure statutory compliance, Fire & Life Safety standards, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage engineering budgets, AMC contracts, and vendor performance.
- Lead project execution, renovation, and capital expenditure activities.
- Develop, train, and mentor the engineering team while maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate closely with Rooms, F&B, Housekeeping, Security, and other operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in branded 4-star or 5-star hotels.
- Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems, building management systems (BMS), energy management, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Pre-opening hotel experience will be an added advantage.
