Qualification
- M.Sc. Physics from a recognized university.
- NET / SET / SLET qualification as per UGC norms.
- Ph.D. in Physics preferred.
- First Class in all preceding degrees.
- Strong academic background with excellent communication and teaching skills.
Experience
- 3–5 years of teaching experience may apply.
- Candidates with teaching experience in Arts & Science Colleges will be preferred.
- Experience in research, curriculum development, laboratory work, and student mentoring is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate Physics courses effectively.
- Conduct and supervise laboratory and practical sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students in academics, projects, research, and career development.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and departmental activities.
- Contribute to research publications and institutional academic activities.
- Support NAAC/NIRF and other institutional development initiatives.
