Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to handle manpower recruitment for a leading spinning mill. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and coordinating blue-collar workers such as machine operators, helpers, fitters, electricians, and other factory workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit workers for spinning mill operations through field recruitment and vendor networks.
- Conduct labour sourcing from Tamil Nadu and other states.
- Coordinate worker joining, documentation, and onboarding.
- Manage hostel accommodation and worker welfare activities.
- Maintain manpower availability as per production requirements.
- Build relationships with labour contractors, consultants, and local recruitment sources.
- Handle employee grievances and reduce worker attrition.
- Maintain recruitment reports and manpower records.
- Travel to nearby districts for labour mobilization when required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in labour recruitment for factories, spinning mills, textile mills, or manufacturing industries.
- Good knowledge of blue-collar hiring.
- Ability to coordinate with labour contractors and recruitment agencies.
- Hindi speaking candidates preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment activities.
