FutureTech Engineering LLP is an AS9100 Rev D certified CNC precision manufacturing company specializing in aerospace component manufacturing. We are looking for experienced VMC / CNC Operators who can work with accuracy, consistency, and production discipline.
Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for operating VMC / CNC machines for precision component manufacturing. The role requires hands-on machine operation experience, basic drawing understanding, tool handling knowledge, and the ability to maintain quality standards in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate VMC / CNC machines independently
- Load, unload, and inspect components during production
- Understand job cards, process sheets, and engineering drawings
- Maintain required dimensional accuracy during machining
- Perform basic offset correction and machine adjustments
- Monitor tool wear and report tool replacement requirements
- Use basic measuring instruments for in-process inspection
- Maintain production targets without compromising quality
- Follow safety, quality, and shop-floor discipline standards
- Coordinate with production, quality, and programming teams
Required Qualification
- ITI / Diploma preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant VMC / CNC operating experience
- Experience in precision machining preferred
- Experience in aerospace component manufacturing will be an advantage
- Ability to read engineering drawings preferred
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments required
Required Skills
- VMC / CNC machine operation
- Basic tool and offset knowledge
- Engineering drawing understanding
- Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge usage preferred
- Quality-focused working style
- Ability to work with tight tolerances
- Strong shop-floor discipline
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
