About the Role
Brysa is seeking a Zoho CRM Administrator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM administration and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience working directly with clients, and the ability to manage CRM operations efficiently. This role involves CRM administration, user support, data management, reporting, and process improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Administration & Support
· Manage, maintain, and optimize Zoho CRM configurations, workflows, and automation.
· Serve as the first point of contact for CRM-related queries and issues.
· Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues promptly.
· Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
Client & User Support
· Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and provide effective CRM solutions.
· Support users with CRM processes, best practices, and issue resolution.
· Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation.
Data Management & Quality
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within Zoho CRM.
· Perform data imports, updates, cleansing, and deduplication activities.
· Monitor and improve CRM data quality standards.
Reporting & Analytics
· Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
· Generate business insights through CRM reporting.
· Support stakeholders with data-driven decision-making.
System Enhancements
· Collaborate with internal teams on CRM enhancements and automation projects.
· Support CRM integrations and process improvement initiatives.
· Participate in testing and deployment of new CRM features.
Required Skills & Experience
· 2–3 years of experience in Zoho CRM Administration.
· Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM modules, workflows, automation, and reporting.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
· Willingness to work in UK shift timings.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho applications.
· Knowledge of CRM integrations and APIs.
· Experience supporting UK or international clients.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
