Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The role involves market research, customer engagement, digital and offline marketing activities, product promotion, and coordination with sales and production teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare annual marketing budgets and monitor expenditures.
Brand Management
- Build and maintain a strong corporate brand image.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels.
- Develop promotional materials, brochures, catalogs, and presentations.
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate qualified leads through digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns to attract potential customers.
Digital Marketing
- Manage company website, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather market feedback.
- Maintain relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
- Prepare marketing reports, sales forecasts, and business insights.
- Identify customer needs and recommend product improvements.
Event & Exhibition Management
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Coordinate product launches and corporate events.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies and vendors.
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
