Conduct regular and structured field visits to meet prospective and existing customers across the assigned domestic territory.
Identify and pursue new business leads from industrial, infrastructure, power, oil & gas, and commercial sectors.
Present MASPL’s capabilities, company profile, and service offerings to potential clients during field visits.
Collect complete and accurate RFQ details, technical requirements, and client expectations and hand over promptly to the Proposal team.
Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to progress leads from initial enquiry to proposal stage.
Coordinate with the BD Assistant Manager to ensure CRM is updated with all field activity, meetings, and lead data.
Provide daily or weekly field activity reports: clients visited, feedback received, leads generated.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to build market presence and identify new opportunities.
Achieve the assigned quarterly and annual domestic enquiry generation and order booking targets.
Collaborate with the BD Head and Proposal Lead to align submitted offers with specific customer requirements.
Qualify all generated leads in coordination with the BD Head before handing over to the Proposal team.
Adhere to the MASPL ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System; follow all QMS-defined processes, maintain records and documents as required by the QMS, and support continual improvement of the system.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
