Production Cum Service Engineer (Lithium Ion Battery)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Rotational shifts as needed)
Work Mode: On-site (Thane)
Must-Haves for This Role
Education: Degree / Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication (EXTC), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation or a related field.
Looking for Freshers Only.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical components, diagnosing circuit layouts, and using computer.
Soft Skills: Fast problem-solving response, collaborative mindset for floor technicians, patience under pressure at client sites, and clear technical communication skills.
Candidate Preferred Location: Thane, Mumbai, or Navi Mumbai.
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Battery Assembly & Repair: Assemble, test, and repair lithium ion battery modules.
- On-Site Client Visits: Travel to client sites to fix technical faults.
- Team Coordination: Work with Embedded Engineers and Customer Support to resolve issues.
- Travel Bills: Submit travel bills and vouchers after site visits.
- Ticket Logs: Resolve customer issues and update Zoho Desk.
- Safety Rules: Follow safety guidelines for high-voltage batteries.
- Quality Checks: Check battery cells and system stable performance.
- Shift Time: Should be comfortable with shift adaptability.
Expectations
Battery Assembly & Repair: Assemble and repair lithium modules precisely to meet factory output targets and minimize rework.
On-Site Client Visits: Travel promptly to client sites to diagnose and resolve system faults, maximizing customer uptime.
Team Coordination: Partner closely with Embedded Engineers and Customer Support to isolate and fix complex firmware or hardware communication issues.
Travel Bills: Submit accurate travel claims and receipts immediately after trips for transparent financial auditing.
Ticket Logs: Resolve customer service requests within standard SLAs and document the solutions accurately in Zoho Desk.
Safety Rules: Strictly adhere to high-voltage safety protocols and wear full PPE to ensure a zero-accident workspace.
Quality Checks: Execute rigorous performance testing on battery cells and systems to stop defects before delivery.
Shift Time: Maintain full flexibility with changing shift schedules to support continuous production output or urgent field needs.
Compensation Package
- Freshers(Degree/Diploma): 6 Months Internship + PPO (Pre-Placement Offer).
- Stipend: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month during internship.
- Freshers(ITI): 1 year Apprenticeship.
- Stipend: ₹12000 per month.
