Field Sales Executive (JD26FSE)

Work Location: Mumbai, Belapur – WFO (Ready to travel)

Preferred Domain: Banking

Skills: Sales & Negotiation Skills, Relationship Building, Communication Skills, Industry Knowledge, Analytical Skills.

CTC: 6-8 LPA

Gender: Male /Female

Bond: Minimum 1 Year. If the candidate leaves within one year of his/her joining date, a relieving letter will not be issued

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering / Business / IT), MBA preferred

Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT Software / Product Sales (BFSI preferred)

About the Position

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales professional responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts in the BFSI and Pharma sectors.
The role requires face-to-face client engagement, solution selling, and closing high-value IT services deals.
The candidate will work closely with inside sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to drive business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

New Business Development
Identify and acquire new enterprise customers
Generate qualified opportunities through field engagement

Client Meetings
Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations
Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and business heads

Deal Management
Manage the entire sales cycle
Work with pre-sales teams for proposals and POCs

Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities
Identify emerging opportunities in BFSI and Pharma

Key Requirements:

Experience in Enterprise / B2B IT solution selling
Exposure to BFSI / Pharma industry preferred
Strong client engagement and negotiation skills
Experience managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for:

Meeting prospective customers in person
Understanding their technology requirements
Presenting relevant solutions
Managing sales cycles from lead to closure

The role requires strategic account planning and long-term relationship management.

Preferred experience working with companies like:

Tata Consultancy Services
Infosys
Wipro
Tech Mahindra

Qualification & Experience

2–4 years experience in enterprise B2B sales
Experience selling IT services, SaaS, AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation
solutions. Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals.
