We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Corporate Lawyer to join our fast-growing law firm.
If you're confident in M&A, contract negotiation, legal compliance, and advising MNCs, this is your chance to work on high-impact transactions and collaborate with top-tier professionals.
What You’ll Do:
1) Draft & review commercial & legal agreements such as shareholder's agreements, share purchase agreements, SSA, etc. Drafting term sheets.
2) Advise on FEMA & corporate governance.
3) Assist & Draft in Transactions . Draft Legal due diligence & corporate restructuring
4) Work closely with finance, tax & compliance teams
5) Client Handling
What We’re Looking For:
a) 1–5 years of relevant experience (law firm background preferred)
b) LL.B (LL.M/corporate law certification is a plus)
c) Strong Knowledge of Corporate governance, commercial law, M&A, Compliance, FEMA.
d) Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
