Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and cost variances.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.
- Support internal and statutory audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Participate in ERP implementation, finance transformation, automation, or process improvement projects (if applicable).
- Review financial controls and recommend improvements.
- Assist in working capital management and cash flow analysis.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act provisions.
Preferred Experience
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Freshly qualified CAs are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
