Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (US Shift)
Experience: Minimum 9 months – Maximum 1.5 years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to market consultant profiles, primarily Green Card holders, and place them with US clients/vendors. The role requires strong US market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (Green Card holders) to US clients and vendors
- Submit consultant profiles to job requirements through vendors, MSPs, and direct clients
- Maintain strong relationships with US vendors and recruiters
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on submissions
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements daily
- Negotiate rates and employment terms when required
- Ensure compliance with company and client requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 9 months to 1.5 years of experience in US Bench Sales
- Hands-on experience marketing Green Card consultants
- Strong understanding of US staffing process, tax terms, and visa categories
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets
- Proficiency in job portals and vendor databases
Work Environment
- Night shift (US business hours)
- Onsite role at Madhapur, Hyderabad
