Position: HR Executive – Recruitment & Administration

JOB SUMMARY
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, employee onboarding, HR operations, and administrative functions. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills to support workforce planning and ensure efficient day-to-day HR and office administration activities.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
- Draft and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company websites.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Coordinate candidate joining and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
B. Human Resources Operations
- Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure implementation of company HR policies and guidelines.
C. Administration & Facility Management
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
- Coordinate office maintenance and facility management services
- Maintain company asset and inventory records.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements.
- Support meetings, events, and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and facilities.
D. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee documentation and statutory records.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources Management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
Preferred:
- HR certifications or additional training in Recruitment and HR Operations.
