Hostess/Guest Relations Executive (GRE) – Premium Brand
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and make them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in.
- Help guests with reservations, seating, and any queries they may have during their visit.
- Understand guest preferences and make sure their experience feels personal and well taken care of.
- Be attentive to guest feedback and handle concerns politely, calmly, and quickly.
- Have good knowledge of the menu, services, and brand offerings so you can confidently assist guests.
- Work closely with the service, kitchen, and management teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Build a good rapport with regular and VIP guests and make them feel valued every time they visit.
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance while representing the premium image of the brand.
- Assist with special occasions, events, and VIP arrangements to ensure everything is well coordinated.
- Go the extra mile to create a memorable experience and leave guests with a positive impression of the brand.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
