Purpose of the Role
1. Attend the customer complaints at customer site and analyse Technically
2. Initiate corrective action at site and to close the complaints. On sucessful attempt, close the issue with MOM
3. For the pending issues, Submit analysis report to LMW for further action
4. Implment corrective action given by LMW at customer end and Close the Service requests technically with cusotomer with Minutes of Meeting.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Visit the customer's place to attend the issues reported through Service request
2. Analysis of customer complaints and fix the issue
3. Try to resolve the issue by taking various trials and process / machine settings
4. Raise detailed report to LMW on the complaint details / various attempts made to resolve the same
5. Implement the solution provided by LMW at site
6. Close the issue with MOM with customer
Create and share the knowledge management document based on the learning / experience.
