Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience handling multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
