Hiring Skill Development Trainer – Electrical & Electronics
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Electrical & Electronics professional to join our Center of Excellence at VTU, Belagavi. The role involves training and mentoring students through practical learning, lab sessions, and industry-aligned skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical training in Electrical & Electronics concepts and applications
- Conduct lab sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and project guidance
- Mentor students in skill development, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
- Support industry-relevant learning aligned with curriculum and standards
- Assist in assessments, evaluations, and certification activities
- Maintain lab equipment, tools, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with faculty, industry partners, and training stakeholders
- Contribute to student engagement, performance improvement, and skill outcomes
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Ability to guide students with hands-on learning and projects
- Location: Belagavi
