Role Overview
We are looking for Field Marketing Executives to sell advanced power backup, energy storage, and solar-hybrid solutions to businesses and institutions through direct field engagement.
This is a target-driven, on-ground marketing role with strong growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit commercial and industrial customers to pitch energy solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
- Explain product benefits and arrange demonstrations.
- Coordinate site visits and assist in requirement gathering.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain daily visit and follow-up reports.
- Support channel partners and installers in the region.

Skills & Experience Required
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with daily travel and outdoor work.
- Fluency in English, Hindi & Telugu.
- Self-driven and target-oriented attitude.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Incentives on target leads given
- Travel allowances as per policy
