We are hiring a Head of Sales to own and drive the entire sales function at Onbyz. This person will be responsible for building revenue pipelines, closing enterprise deals, setting sales strategy, leading a high-performance team, and scaling Onbyz’s presence across both local and international markets.
This is a leadership role for someone who can direct the show, create predictable revenue systems, and take complete ownership of sales growth.

Own end-to-end sales strategy and execution for Onbyz across domestic and global markets.

Build and manage strong pipelines for B2B sales (SME, mid-market, enterprise).

Drive new customer acquisition through outbound, inbound, partnerships, and strategic deals.

Lead sales forecasting, revenue planning, and quarterly/annual target achievement.

Manage and close high-value deals, negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions.

Build scalable sales processes: CRM discipline, lead qualification, follow-ups, and reporting.

Hire, train, and lead a sales team (BDRs, Account Executives, Key Account Managers).

Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with lead generation and conversions.

Work closely with leadership to define pricing strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market plans.

Develop and expand international sales channels through partnerships, resellers, and direct enterprise outreach.

Track competitor landscape, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategy.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling sales in a fast-paced company.

Strong experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, and high-ticket deal closures.

Exposure to selling into international markets (Middle East, Europe, US, SEA, etc.) is a major advantage.
