Service Staff – Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve basic service issues.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Process bills and handle payments when required.
- Maintain a positive dining experience and high customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.
