Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Business Process Associate(P2P) with strong, hands-on experience in Timeline ERP within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Timeline ERP modules for procurement, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) engines.
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Manage and optimize end-to-end business processes using Timeline ERP.
Material & Supply Planning: Handle procurement, inventory management, and material planning activities.
ERP Data Integrity: Ensure accurate ERP transactions related to purchase orders, goods receipts, and stock transfers, including the maintenance of master data.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the production, warehousing, procurement, and planning departments to ensure a smooth operational flow.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor process efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement within ERP-driven workflows.
Operations Support: Support manufacturing operations by ensuring timely data accuracy and efficient process execution in the ERP system.
Problem Solving: Independently resolve operational issues and take full ownership of assigned processes.
Required Experience & Skills
ERP Expertise: Solid working experience with Timeline ERP specifically within a manufacturing setup.
Operations Knowledge: Proven experience in material management, inventory control, and procurement coordination.
Autonomy: Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
Ownership: Quick decision-making capabilities combined with a strong sense of accountability.
Proactive Mindset: A forward-thinking approach toward problem-solving and process improvement.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills across multiple departments.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Industry Background: Prior experience in manufacturing sectors such as engineering, plastics, automotive, FMCG, or industrial production environments.
Attributes: Strong analytical mindset with operational ownership capabilities; a reliable, disciplined, and execution-focused professional.
Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
