Patient Reception & Registration
- Welcome patients and visitors professionally.
- Register new patients and maintain patient records.
- Verify patient details and update medical histories as required.
- Guide patients regarding consultation and treatment processes.
Appointment Management
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for doctors.
- Coordinate Panchakarma treatment sessions and follow-up visits.
- Manage daily treatment schedules to ensure smooth patient flow.
Patient Communication
- Answer phone calls, and messaging inquiries.
- Provide basic information about Panchakarma, Agnikarma, consultation timings, and clinic services.
- Remind patients about appointments and treatment instructions.
Treatment Coordination
- Coordinate with Ayurvedic physicians and support staff.
- Prepare treatment files and ensure required consent forms are completed.
- Track treatment packages and patient progress records.
Billing & Administrative Support
- Generate invoices and collect payments.
- Maintain billing records and receipts.
- Handle insurance or reimbursement documentation when applicable.
- Prepare daily cash and payment reports.
Record Keeping
- Maintain confidential patient records in accordance with clinic policies.
- Organize consultation notes, treatment charts, and follow-up records.
- Ensure accurate documentation of Panchakarma and Agnikarma procedures.
Inventory & Clinic Support
- Monitor availability of treatment materials, oils, herbs, medicines, and office supplies.
- Inform management about stock requirements.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, EMR/HMIS software).
- Customer service orientation.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic terminology and treatments preferred.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
