Overview
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of purchase order (PO) dispatches, maintaining accurate dispatch and invoice records, and coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries to doctors' clinics.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :Manage end-to-end dispatch of Purchase Orders (POs) to doctors' clinics and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues. Maintain accurate records of all invoice dispatches and monitor the movement of goods. Prepare and share dispatch, invoice, and logistics reports with relevant stakeholders. Ensure all dispatch documentation is complete, accurate, and updated in the system. Follow up on pending deliveries and proactively address operational bottlenecks. Coordinate with the sales, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Maintain operational trackers and ensure data accuracy at all times. Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics Coordination, Dispatch Management, or Supply Chain Operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational tracking tools. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
