1. Provide basic patient care such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene support.
2. Monitor vital signs like temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
3. Administer medications as prescribed by the doctor.
4. Assist with mobility, including helping patients walk or move safely.
5. Perform wound care and change dressings when required.
6. Support patients with chronic illnesses or post-surgery recovery.
7. Maintain patient records and report health changes to physicians.
8. Educate patients and family members about care routines and medication.
9. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment for the patient.
10. Provide emotional support and companionship to improve patient well-being.
