Key Responsibilities - Driving Revenue
- Driving business development in B2B sales (white labelling, corporate gifting, bulk selling) using email marketing, LinkedIn, lead generation software, trade expos etc. Leverage email marketing, LinkedIn, CRM & lead generation software to generate B2B leads in white labelling, bulk selling, and other channels.
- Ensuring all inbound leads are converted into sales
- Maintaining a lead database and tracker, with a clear system of follow up & communication across touch points.

- Ensuring Driving sustainable & profitable growth of B2B key accounts (private label, white labelling, ingredient sales, bulk sales, gifting etc. ) with ownership of P&L
- Identify and acquire new business accounts across channels; staying up to date with market trends and accordingly develop newer channels for white labelling, private labelling, contract manufacturing, gifting.
- Represent the brand in expos, trade fairs etc.
- Drive sales of bulk ingredients like roasted millet flakes, dry fruits, seeds, etc., to F&B companies, large dieticians, and other new age buyers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Support order execution process, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of orders and meet client specifications.
- Manage the post-sales process, including troubleshooting, feedback collection, and ensuring growing P&L of each account
- Coordinating with new product development, purchase & operations departments to support potential buyers in freshly developed products
- Execute actionables necessary to achieve sales & profit targets
Key Requirements
- Clear written & oral communication skills
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Office
- Innovative thinking, ability to see trends and convert them into business opportunities by onboarding new clients.
- Good at sales & negotiation & building relationship
- Proficient in using LinkedIn, Indiamart, etc. for business generation
- Proficient in using basic AI tools & lead generation platforms for business generation
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
