We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our Elevator & Escalator division across India. This role will be responsible for driving national sales strategy, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships within the industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in revenue growth, OEM onboarding, and leading a high-performing sales team while contributing to the company’s long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the national sales strategy for the Elevator & Escalator division
- Drive revenue growth and expand market share across India
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in elevator components
- Onboard leading OEMs and strengthen the client portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Deliver technical presentations and provide end-to-end client support
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to achieve targets
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and product launches
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions
- Represent the company at national and international industry expos

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
