About the Role
Velsons Engineer Pvt. Ltd., an HVAC engineering company, is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Customer Service Coordinator to coordinate customer requirements, service activities, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, calls, and service requests.
- Coordinate HVAC service and maintenance requirements with technicians and engineers.
- Schedule and follow up on service calls and customer visits.
- Maintain customer records, service reports, and related documentation.
- Coordinate between customers, service engineers, and the internal team.
- Follow up on pending service requests, quotations, and complaints.
- Ensure timely communication and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain service-related records.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer applications.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Experience in HVAC, engineering, service, or a related industry is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
