Role Summary:
Senior leadership role responsible for the P&L, daily operations, and strategic growth of a multi-location or enterprise-level vehicle washing and detailing services. This role drives revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Expansion

Network Scaling: Drive city-wise or nationwide expansion strategies, whether launching new physical hubs, mobile doorstep services, or building a garage aggregation network.

Financial Oversight: Own profit and loss (P&L), track revenue, manage gross margins, and optimize unit economics.

Partnership Management: Onboard, train, and manage third-party vendors or franchise partners to maintain scalable growth.

Operations & Quality Control

Establish SOPs: Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service standards to ensure consistent quality and pricing.

Efficiency: Optimize vehicle flow, job allocation, and turnaround times to maximize throughput during peak hours.

Equipment & Inventory: Oversee the procurement and maintenance of washing equipment (e.g., wash tunnels, pressure washers) and manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies and chemicals.

Team Leadership & Talent

Hiring & Training: Recruit, train, and mentor city-level managers, floor supervisors, and car detailing technicians.

Performance Culture: Set performance metrics (KPIs), conduct performance evaluations, and foster a culture of accountability.

Customer Experience & Marketing

Customer Retention: Address escalated complaints, resolve service issues, and monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer ratings.

Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing strategies, loyalty programs, and subscription models to acquire and retain customers.

Tech Integration: Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve the digital user experience, booking workflows, and CRM systems.
