Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynatrace L3 Engineer with strong expertise in application monitoring, IT operations, observability, incident management, and DevOps environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring application stability, performance monitoring, proactive issue identification, and operational excellence across production and non-production environments.
The role requires hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, CI/CD tools, ITIL processes, and modern cloud-native technologies. The candidate will collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver reliable and high-performing services.
Key responsibilities:
Direct Responsibilities
. Operate autonomously on day-to-day IT Operations activities, ensuring non-production stability and service availability.
. Implement, configure and supervise monitoring, alerting and supervision solutions for applications and technical components.
. Risks identify proactively and improvement opportunities and optimizing non-Production infrastructure resources (CPU, RAM) on Legacy and IT Cloud environment
. Support development teams to secure and accelerate deliveries in an Agile and DevOps context.
. Adapt to continuously evolving technical environments, tools and practices by maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge.
. Identify operational issues (performance, flows, security, network) in non-production environment and contribute to corrective and preventive action plans.
. Manage incidents and problems, ensuring efficient service restoration, coordination, communication and root cause analysis
