*Core purpose: Be the first contact for prospective students, guide them through course selection + enrollment
*Ideal fit: Strong communicator who likes building relationships and helping people with career moves
Key Responsibilities...
1. Student Counseling: Understand student goals, recommend suitable programs
2. Relationship Building: Create trust, ensure smooth/supportive experience
3. Admissions Assistance: Walk candidates through inquiry → application → admission
4. Lead Follow-up: Handle inbound inquiries, convert leads to admissions
5. Information Sharing: Explain courses, fees, batches, promo sessions clearly
Candidate Requirements
*Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (+2). Graduates/diploma holders welcome
*Experience: Freshers ok + those with telecalling/admissions/edu sales experience
*Language: Mandatory fluent Malayalam. English communication skills highly preferred
*Attributes: Dynamic, energetic, strong interpersonal + active listening skills
