We are looking for vigilant, disciplined, and reliable Security Guards to ensure the safety, security, and protection of our guests, staff, and hotel property at our 3-star setup in Bhawanipur.

Key Responsibilities & Regular Duties
- Property Patrol: Conduct regular rounds and patrols of the hotel premises, including the lobby, guest floors, parking areas, and entry/exit points.
- Access Control: Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of guests, visitors, staff, and delivery vehicles. Maintain proper logbook entries.
- Baggage & Security Screening: Perform standard security checks on guest luggage and visitor belongings using metal detectors or physical inspection as required.
- CCTV Monitoring: Keep a close watch on security cameras and surveillance monitors to detect any suspicious activity or unauthorized entry.
- Emergency Response: Act swiftly in case of emergencies, fire alarms, or medical situations. Guide guests safely to assembly points and assist management in crowd control.
- Incident Reporting: Record and report any security breaches, unusual behavior, property damage, or safety hazards to the security supervisor or hotel manager immediately.
Salary, Benefits & Work Conditions
- Duty Hours: 12 hours per day.
- Shift Details: Multiple shifts are available (rotational day and night shift patterns apply).
- Perks: Grooming Allowance will be paid extra over and above the monthly salary.
- Important Policy: Please note that Dr. SS Charges are applicable. The designated amount will be directly deducted at the time of your monthly salary disbursement.
Candidate Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Madhyamik Pass or Higher Secondary (H.S.) Pass.
- Age Limit: 19 to 45 years.
- Experience: Prior experience as a security guard in a hotel, retail mall, or commercial building is preferred. Ex-servicemen or trained security personnel will be given an advantage.
- Physical Attributes: Must be physically fit, alert, and possess good height and build suitable for security duties.
- Skills: Strong observation skills, polite yet firm behavior, and basic communication skills to interact with hotel guests.
