- Post Graduate in Science, Arts or equivalent
- B.Ed / M.Ed will be an added advantage
- Minimum 8 years of experience of work as a consultant
with teaching learning process
- Experience in quality education, Gender Education,
pedagogical aspects in Early Childhood Education,
- Experience in teacher trainings and assessments in
central / state government projects.
- Should have knowledge of Education Indicators,
Learning Outcomes & relevant parameters of education.
- Should be able to design and analyse learning assessment
surveys/studies like NAS, SLAS etc.
- Should have detailed understanding of all the programs/
activities of Samagra Shiksha
- Should have knowledge of procurement
- Should have proficiency in Microsoft office (Word,
Excel, Power point)
