Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, increasing IVF treatment conversions, managing referral networks, and achieving revenue targets for the hospital. The role involves building relationships with doctors, clinics, and external partners while ensuring ethical and compliant marketing of fertility services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual patient acquisition targets.
- Generate leads through hospitals, clinics, gynecologists, physicians, and referral networks.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed IVF treatment cases through effective counseling coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, consultants, and healthcare partners.
- Coordinate with front office and counseling teams to ensure smooth patient conversion process.
- Conduct market visits, promotional activities, and awareness programs for IVF services.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
- Ensure proper follow-up with potential patients to maximize conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, digital leads, and outreach programs.
- Handle patient queries in coordination with medical and counseling teams (without clinical interference).
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and update all leads and conversions regularly.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with ethical healthcare marketing standards and hospital policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Experience in IVF/Fertility, maternity hospitals, or women’s healthcare will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
