Job Title: Executive Chef (Indian + multi cuisine)
Location: Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹40,000
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage overall kitchen operations.
- Plan menus, recipes, and food presentation standards.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and lead kitchen staff, including chefs and stewards.
- Monitor food cost, inventory, and kitchen budgets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Manage vendor coordination and procurement of kitchen supplies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen team members.
- Control food wastage and optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Coordinate with F&B and management teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 8–15+ years of experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant kitchens.
- Previous experience as Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Head Chef preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian, Continental, and multi-cuisine operations.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and kitchen administration skills.
- Knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and menu planning.
- Ability to handle high-volume kitchen operations.
