About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can manage and optimize digital campaigns and contribute to lead generation for our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROI and campaign performance
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Conduct A/B testing and improve campaign performance
- Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to improve lead quality
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
- Good analytical and data-driven approach
- Experience in real estate marketing will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM and tracking will be a plus
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
