Process: Dubai Freight Forwarding INSIDE SALES + PRICING Role
Role: Junior Executive | Executive
Shift Timing: 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM – IST (Mon – Saturday)
Salary: 4 – 5.5 LPA
Location: Chennai – Pallavaram
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers, agents and ask for enquiries.
- Should be an expert in INCOTERMS
- Respond to enquiries, reach out to overseas agents and source rates.
- Source rates from shipping lines, agents, truckers / vendors and compile with markup to issue quotes.
- Follow up on quotes to convert into bookings.
- Co-ordinate on the shipment instructions to confirm bookings.
- Should have worked in pricing and quotations processes.
- Respond to enquiries and track them, follow up to convert them.
- Should handle FCL, LCL, Air and FTL / LTL
Qualifications
· Should be only from freight forwarding industry only. We only need candidates who has worked in Either India or Any of the middle east countries processes for freight forwarding PRICING.
· One who understands the intensity and seriousness about rates, speed and follow-ups.
· Should have excellent communication skills both Voice and Email.
· 3 -6 years of work experience in Freight Forwarding Industry. Dubai market experience would be an advantage.
· Should be a good learner and willing to work from office full time.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
