Head of Commercial (SaaS Platform Launch)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy for our new consolidated platform, covering e-commerce, accounting integrations, and payment gateway services in the Nordic and international markets
- Lead, scale, and mentor the commercial team (sales, partnerships, customer success)
- Own the sales pipeline, lead generation, conversion, and retention initiatives
- Define and implement pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies to maximize competitiveness and revenue across integration and payment solutions
- Identify, pursue, and establish strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms, accounting providers, and payment gateway providers (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Nets, Klarna) to expand reach and unlock new revenue channels
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure alignment of product roadmap, platform messaging, and competitive positioning
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors (A2X, Synder, IEX, Sharespine, Webgility, etc.) to continually adapt strategy and ensure differentiation
- Set KPIs and be accountable for sales targets, renewals, and commercial metrics
- Report regularly to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continued commercial acceleration
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in SaaS commercial leadership, in e-commerce, payments, accounting, or integration domains
Nice to Have
- Experience growing Nordic B2B SaaS brands internationally
- Prior exposure to competitors such as A2X, Synder, IEX, or Sharespine
- Proven track record of launching and scaling SaaS platforms from launch to market leadership
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales, marketing, and customer success best practices, including self-service and enterprise sales models
- Experience managing both direct sales and partner/channel sales globally
- Knowledge of payments ecosystem, including payment gateway providers and financial compliance requirements in SaaS go-to-market contexts
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in data-driven decision-making and competitive analysis
- Ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performance commercial teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English; Nordic languages a plus
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), accounting systems (e-conomic, Fortnox, Xero), and payment gateway solutions (Stripe, Adyen, Nets, Klarna)

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
