Industry: Jewellery Showroom / Retail Jewellery Store
We are hiring a CRM Executive / Customer Relationship Executive for a reputed Jewellery Store. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, follow-up calls, client relationship management, and maintaining customer database records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Customer follow-ups for visits, feedback, offers, and promotions
- Handle CRM software and customer database management
- Maintain customer records, inquiries, and lead details
- Coordinate with sales team and showroom staff
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Generate repeat business through relationship management
- Telecalling for customer engagement and sales support
Required Skills:
- CRM Handling Experience
- Telecalling & Customer Support Skills
- Good Communication & Convincing Skills
- Customer Relationship Management
- MS Excel & Computer Knowledge
- Follow-up & Coordination Skills
- Retail / Jewellery Industry experience preferred
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in CRM / Telecalling / Customer Support / Front Desk
- Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills required
- Immediate joiners preferred
