Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Billing and Estimation Engineer for building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, preparation of BOQs, client billing, subcontractor billing, rate analysis, and coordination with site and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
Handle client billing and subcontractor billing.
Verify measurements at site as per executed work.
Prepare rate analysis for civil works.
Coordinate with procurement and project execution teams.
Maintain billing records, invoices, and project cost reports.
Assist in tender preparation and documentation.
Monitor project costs and help control budget variations.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software.
Understanding of civil construction drawings.
Experience in residential/commercial building projects.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of quantity surveying and estimation methods.
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
