About the Role
Trinity Soft Solutions is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its client, American Express. This role is part of the US Consumer Marketing Analytics & Investment Services team, focused on leveraging analytics, AI, experimentation, and customer insights to drive customer acquisition, personalization, and marketing investment optimization.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, experience working with large datasets, and expertise in Python, SQL/Hive, experimentation, and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior and marketing treatments across digital and non-digital channels.
- Develop frameworks to evaluate customer personalization strategies and measure business impact.
- Perform advanced analytics using structured and unstructured datasets to identify opportunities for customer acquisition and engagement.
- Apply AI/GenAI techniques for automated insights, semantic analysis, customer intent modeling, and search intelligence.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing performance.
- Build analytical models and provide actionable recommendations for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Decision Science, Technology, and Analytics.
- Present insights and business recommendations to stakeholders through effective visualizations and presentations.
- Support continuous improvement of marketing analytics processes and personalization frameworks.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with SQL/Hive for querying large datasets
- Experience working with big data environments
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis
- Expertise in experimental design, A/B testing, and performance measurement
- Experience with data visualization and presenting analytical insights
- Exposure to AI/GenAI applications in analytics is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or another quantitative discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or Business Analytics.
- Experience working with US Consumer Marketing data is preferred.
- Exposure to customer personalization frameworks and campaign analytics is an added advantage.
