Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager who will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations along with inventory control and reporting. The candidate should ensure timely movement of goods, accurate stock records, cost-effective logistics, and smooth coordination between warehouse, transport, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Plan and monitor transportation and dispatch schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortage, excess, or obsolete inventory
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock inward, outward, and storage
- Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bills, and statutory requirements
- Reconcile physical stock with system records
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances and damages
- Coordinate with purchase, production, sales, and accounts teams
- Negotiate and manage transporters and logistics vendors
- Prepare logistics and inventory MIS reports for management
- Experience in handling logistics for e-commerce platforms dispatch coordination, returns, and inventory control across online marketplaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proven experience as a Logistics / Inventory Manager
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Good understanding of warehousing and logistics operations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
