ABOUT THE COMPANY
ID DESIGN LIMITED develops innovative software products and digital solutions for businesses worldwide. We are looking for a proactive Project Manager who can effectively manage software projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage software development projects.
- Communicate with clients and provide regular project updates.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience managing web and mobile application projects.
- Knowledge of wireframing and business process documentation.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture.
- PMP or Scrum certification is an added advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Software Project Coordination.
- Freshers with excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong interest in software project management are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
