About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Science Faculty to teach students from 3rd to 10th standard in an offline classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Science concepts for Grades 3 to 10 in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
Follow CBSE / State Board / relevant school curriculum as required.
Prepare structured lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and revision materials.
Explain concepts using real-life examples, activities, demonstrations, and experiments wherever appropriate.
Focus on building strong fundamental and conceptual understanding.
Conduct regular tests, quizzes, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Track students’ academic progress and identify areas requiring improvement.
Provide individual attention and additional support to students who need it.
Prepare students effectively for school examinations and competitive-level foundation learning.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Communicate students’ progress and academic concerns to the academic coordinator/management.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and academic review sessions when required.
Continuously update teaching methods and subject knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science or a relevant subject.
Prior teaching experience with Grade 3–10 students is preferred.
Strong command of Science fundamentals.
Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
Ability to explain difficult concepts in a simple, engaging, and student-friendly manner.
Patient, approachable, energetic, and enthusiastic about teaching.
Ability to handle students with different learning levels.
Comfortable conducting offline classroom activities and demonstrations.
Pay: ₹150.00 - ₹200.00 per hour
