Job Overview
We are a high-end turnkey interior solutions company seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Execution Supervisor to manage the on-site execution of premium residential and commercial interior projects.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating vendors and subcontractors, managing labour and materials, maintaining quality standards, monitoring project timelines, and communicating with clients, architects, and consultants.
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on interior execution experience and must be capable of independently handling luxury and premium interior project sites.
Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Site Supervision and Execution
- Supervise the day-to-day execution of interior project activities.
- Monitor civil works, electrical works, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, carpentry, joinery, and other finishing works.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan and allocate daily work activities to site teams and subcontractors.
2. Vendor, Subcontractor and Labour Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, skilled labour, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure timely deployment of manpower at the project site.
- Monitor labour productivity, attendance, discipline, and quality of work.
- Follow up with subcontractors to ensure activities are completed within the planned timeline.
- Resolve coordination issues between different trades operating at the site.
3. Material Planning and Management
- Assess and plan daily and weekly material requirements.
- Coordinate procurement requirements with the purchase and project teams.
- Monitor material delivery, storage, consumption, and availability at the site.
- Ensure materials are used efficiently and prevent unnecessary wastage or damage.
- Report material shortages and requirements in advance to avoid execution delays.
4. Drawing Reading and Design Compliance
- Read and interpret architectural, interior, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, and furniture drawings.
- Ensure site execution is carried out strictly according to approved drawings and design intent.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and project managers for clarification and resolution.
5. Quality Control and Issue Resolution
- Conduct regular inspections of ongoing and completed works.
- Ensure workmanship, finishes, dimensions, levels, alignment, and installation quality meet company standards.
- Prepare and follow quality checklists for different activities.
- Identify defects, workmanship issues, and execution risks at an early stage.
- Coordinate corrective actions and ensure proper closure of identified issues.
- Proactively resolve site-level challenges without affecting project quality or timelines.
6. Client, Architect and Consultant Coordination
- Maintain professional communication with clients, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular and accurate updates regarding site progress.
- Attend site meetings and record important discussions, decisions, and action points.
- Address client and consultant observations professionally and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain a client-focused approach throughout the execution process.
7. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
- Maintain labour attendance, work logs, material records, and subcontractor activity reports.
- Record planned versus completed activities.
- Maintain photographic documentation of site progress and quality inspections.
- Regularly update the company’s project tracking and reporting systems.
- Report site delays, risks, material shortages, and execution concerns to the reporting manager.
8. Timeline and Delivery Monitoring
- Monitor project activities against the approved execution schedule.
- Ensure daily and weekly targets are achieved.
- Identify potential delays and dependencies in advance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to recover delayed activities.
- Support snag rectification, final finishing, client inspection, and timely project handover.
9. Site Safety, Protection and Cleanliness
- Ensure workers and subcontractors follow site safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized project site.
- Ensure completed works, furniture, materials, flooring, and fixtures are adequately protected.
- Monitor housekeeping and safe storage of tools and materials.
- Immediately report and address unsafe site conditions.
Required Skills

- Understanding of premium materials, finishes, detailing, and installation standards.
- Knowledge of activity sequencing and dependencies between different interior trades.
Software and Digital Tools
- Basic working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to use WhatsApp and digital communication tools professionally.
- Ability to access, read, and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Comfortable using mobile or web-based project reporting and tracking systems.
Site Documentation
- Ability to prepare daily progress reports and labour reports.
- Experience maintaining work checklists and quality inspection records.
- Ability to maintain photographic documentation of site progress.
- Basic understanding of material tracking and work-completion reporting.

- Strong knowledge of execution sequencing, interior detailing, and finishing standards.
