Job Description:
Abbey Homes is hiring experienced Telecallers for the Real Estate profile. Candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in real estate calling/sales.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Generate and follow up on property leads
- Explain project details to clients professionally
- Coordinate site visits with sales team
- Maintain customer database & daily follow-ups
- Build strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate telecalling/sales
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Fluent in Hindi & basic English
- Positive attitude with sales-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel preferred
