ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team on a contractual, remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content planning and publishing, monitoring performance metrics, and leveraging insights to optimize engagement. This role will play a key part in building our B2B brand presence, enhancing online visibility, fostering audience engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media and branding strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build and strengthen the company's B2B brand presence across digital platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including industry insights, thought leadership, financial updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage weekly and monthly content calendars to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Plan and execute creative campaigns, posts, reels, videos, and other digital content formats.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies to improve engagement and lead generation.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, financial market developments, and platform best practices.
- Drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation through strategic digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in social media management.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of platforms like, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and others.
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, etc.) and scheduling tools.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual setup.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
