Job Description: Executive – Product Development for an Agri-Tech company
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist with a strong understanding of Product & feature design and development including product functionality and technology-driven solutions, within the agricultural practices domain.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in the product development team and help bridge the gap between our product, farmers, and internal teams by ensuring the product is aligned with real-world agricultural needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help in designing and developing new features attuned to core product needs
- Understand existing product features and guide improvements
- Provide agriculture-related insights for product decisions
- Support field teams and users in using the product effectively
- Collect field feedback and communicate it to product/tech teams
Requirements:
- Understanding of product functionality and user needs
- Basic understanding of technology and mobile applications
- Good knowledge of agriculture and cropping practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Quick learner with the ability to simplify complex product workflows for end users
- Passionate about agriculture and technology-driven innovations
- Comfortable working in both field and office environments
Salary:
· As per Industry standards
Pay: ₹13,648.96 - ₹46,786.37 per month
