Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and results driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers across domestic and international markets, generating sales opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing customers across India and international export markets.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
- Present and explain our products and services to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the sales and export teams to ensure smooth customer support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, and Google Sheets).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred.
