Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source candidates through local networks, job portals, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining formalities.
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
- Build local hiring connections to improve recruitment efficiency.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
- Timely closure of open positions.
- Maintaining a quality candidate pipeline.
- Improving local hiring ratio.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding process.
- Reducing recruitment turnaround time.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Number of positions closed per month.
- Average hiring turnaround time.
- Candidate joining ratio.
- Employee retention during probation period.
- Daily interview coordination count.
- Accuracy of recruitment records and reports.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of hiring and interview processes.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate should be from Dhuliyan or nearby areas.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Confident, organized, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring tasks.
