Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to support lead generation, customer engagement, and admissions activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers.
- Explain courses, services, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with inquiries and maintain lead records.
- Schedule appointments for counselors and admissions executives.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Update CRM and maintain daily call reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Plus Two / Degree qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
